Climate change and insecurity are reshaping lives across Northeast Nigeria, and women, girls, youth, and Persons With Disabilities (PWD) face the greatest risks. To close this gap, AGAOF, with support from WPHF and UN Women, has developed the Climate-Resilient and Gender-Sensitive Assessment and M & E Toolkit.
This pioneering guide provides organizations with the tools to embed climate resilience and gender equality throughout their operations, including assessment, program development, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation. Developed through comprehensive needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, and a technical workshop, it draws upon real community insights and aligns with international best practices.
